		<description><![CDATA[Part of the advantage of having paid staff in the office is that we can also utilize interns. This summer, we were pleased to have Graham Youngs, a rising junior at Wabash College, help us out in the office. You don't get much more one-on-one than this!

Graham helped us get details together for Installation Nation, he worked on updates to our strategic plan, wrote up newsletter copy, and assisted with grant reports. Mostly, he learned good lessons on being an agile nonprofit in a down economy. This fall, he travels to Spain for overseas study, so we wish him the best of luck.
